Een zoete en citrusachtige single malt van Singleton of Dufftown, 21 jaar gerijpt in een combinatie van Amerikaanse en Europese eikenhouten vaten. Aroma's van honing, gember, sinaasappel, in sherry gedrenkte perziken, sinaasappels en knapperige rode appels vullen de neus, aangevuld met tonen van rode bessen, gestoofd fruit, strooptoffee, gebrande sinaasappel en gekookte zoetigheden in de mond.

Voor de White Heather 15YO heeft Billy Walker gebruikt gemaakt van zijn kenmerkende blending methode. Hiervoor ondergaan whisky’s hun eerste rijping van ten minste twaalf jaar in sherry vaten, first fill ex-bourbon vaten, of second fill vaten.
