A Teaspooned malt from one of the most famous distileries on islay. Distilled in march 2005. The exact source cannot be disclosed bottled in 2021. Matured in a bourbon cask for over 16 Years Cask: 800100

A lowland single grain, distilled may 1991 & bottled 2021 matured in a bourbon cask. Cask no 29218 for over thirty long years.

Neus: Iets “stoffige” geuren (warehouse). Een combinatie van bloemen, kersen, bessen, eikenhout, sinaasappellikeur, pure chocolade en een snufje munt Smaak:  sinaasappel, het eikenhout , chocolade en vooral de witte kruiden de boventoon voeren.

On the nose, delicitiously rich and malty with fragrant vanilla and christmas cake. Toffee apple and coffee coming though with undertones of dense oak and buttery molasses.

On the nose, bananas with charred oak, pecan nuts and vanilla; a medley of tropical fruits with thick, creamy caramel notes and strong coffee.

Nose: quite a few classic markers, like leafy notes, green tobacco, hummus and plenty of roasted nuts. Some earthy notes and pumpernickel. Plain malt. Herbal tea. A specific style of sherry, fairly thin with hardly any fruits.

Neus: Smeulend eikenhout, ingelegd gras met een parfum van turf. Smaak: “beschaafd” rokerig met boterkoek en wit fruit. Afdronk: lekker rokerig wat overgaat in zoet.

New make whisky made at the Mars Shinshu Distillery was transported all the way to the Mars tsunuki distillery in kagoshima for storage. Made with shinshu's distilling equipment and aged in the warmer region.

Verrfijnde Tawny met een complexe, gerijpte geur van pruim, dadel, tabak, rozijnen en karamel. De smaak is delicaat en volzoet met gedroogd fruit, zachte tannine en milde zuren. Heerlijk bij noten- en chocoladedesserts of gerijpte harde kazen.

Cask: 1868  matured in a refill butt for 21 Years

Nose: Butterscotch sweetness, nutty with hints of praline chocolate Palate: Sherry to the fore with nutty, vanilla and glace fruits notes finish: lingering sherry notes

Neus: De geuren doen maritiem aan met zoete granen, zeewier en zeezout. Gepoetst koper met gefermenteerd gras vullen deze frisse whisky aan. Smaak: De tong wordt verwarmd en loopt over van fruit met toffeesaus, abrikoos, gember en geroosterde amandelen.
