Voor de White Heather 15YO heeft Billy Walker gebruikt gemaakt van zijn kenmerkende blending methode. Hiervoor ondergaan whisky’s hun eerste rijping van ten minste twaalf jaar in sherry vaten, first fill ex-bourbon vaten, of second fill vaten.

Indrukwekkende, houtgerijpte witte wijn met een open geur van nectarine, abrikoos, mango, toast en boter. Krachtig en intens van smaak met puur geel fruit, goede fraîcheur en perfecte houtdosering. De afdronk is lang en zalvend met fijne perzikschilbitters.
