Maar bij Ruinart hanteert men eigen kwaliteitsnormen: deze champagne heeft meer dan 36 maanden op zijn gistdepot gerijpt en heeft daardoor geweldig aan verfijning gewonnen.

Ook de Ruinart Rosé Brut komt in de kenmerkende bolle fles. Zelfs in deze rosé champagne wordt het Ruinart-kenmerk par excellence – het grote aandeel chardonnay – doorgevoerd. De witte variëteit heeft een verbazingwekkend aandeel van 45 procent in deze excellente, bruisende rosé.

After an unusually harsh, dry winter, the severe frosts of 7 ? 11 April devastated the grape crop. This was followed by the hottest summer in 53 years. Any grapes that miraculously survived the frost and hail were then subject to scorching heat.
