Deze Blanc de Blancs Brut is een non-millésimé, waarvan de wet zegt dat hij minimaal 15 maanden op zijn gistdepot moet liggen. Maar bij Ruinart hanteert men eigen kwaliteitsnormen: deze champagne heeft meer dan 36 maanden op zijn gistdepot gerijpt en heeft daardoor geweldig aan verfijning gewonnen.

Ook de Ruinart Rosé Brut komt in de kenmerkende bolle fles. Zelfs in deze rosé champagne wordt het Ruinart-kenmerk par excellence – het grote aandeel chardonnay – doorgevoerd. De witte variëteit heeft een verbazingwekkend aandeel van 45 procent in deze excellente, bruisende rosé.
