Met deze uitzonderlijke whisky laten Alasdair en Gordon zien voor welke verschillende distilleerderijen ze in hun 12-jarige whiskyleven hebben gewerkt. Zoals te zien is op de bovenstaande foto zijn dit niet de minste namen, met onder andere GlenAllachie, Benriach en BalBlair.

Aromatische, droge witte wijn uit Spanje. De geur is intens en fruitig, de smaak vol, sappig en evenwichtig. Lekker bij diverse voorgerechten, pittige salades en schaal- en schelpdieren.

Franse rode wijn met de geur van framboos, kersen en iets banaan. De smaak is, afhankelijk van het jaar, krachtig tot soepel. Prima bij lichte gerechten of buiten de maaltijd om.
