Neus: geuren van zee spray, houtskool met wat ananas en mango Smaak: honing, gedroogd fruit (sultanas) melkchocolade en gesuikerde amandelen. Finish: subtiele turfrook met geroosterd eikenhout en witte peper

Neus: verkoold hout, haverkoeken, en overrijpe bananen. Smaak: smaken als zoute drop, sponge cake, turfrook met later subtiele kruiden. Finish: is erg lang en verwarmend met peper en citrus tonen.

A Great example of this wonderful orcadian distillery! The nose delivers peach melba, lychee, gorse flower, sweetcorn lathered with butter. Sea salt and a distant coastal bonfire smoke with lingering hazelnuts brittle.

Dark Cherry aromas complement pressed apples, nutmeg and subtle smoke, sweet fruitcake flavours are followed by butterscotch and a hint of garden mint. a medium to long finish with lingering fruit and spice
