Nose: Fresh and wild, with a distinct woodsmoke and exotic fruits - lychees and under-ripe melon. 

Palate: Crisp and poised, with fruit-stack ice lolly and an ever-present wood-smoke peatiness. Some herbal notes – fresh mint – and freshly cut spring grass. 

Palate: Smouldering embers remain, with a hint of barbequed pineapple.
